You have been feeling down and overwhelmed, maybe even stuck. You may feel like you have tried everything or this may be your first attempt to reach out. We all go through times in our lives when therapy can help us to cope with the difficulties that arise. You are not alone.
You have been thinking that you are ready to let go of the weights that are burdening you. You are ready to break the façade that everything is fine and enjoy life. This is where I come in.
I provide a nonjudgmental therapeutic environment to foster growth and change. My person-centered therapy approach integrates theories and techniques including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I help individuals who are experiencing depression and anxiety that is holding them back from achieving their goals. I also have experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorder, Postpartum Depression, and those that are considering/had Bariatric Surgery.
