Therapy and Primary Health Care Services

Precision Mental Health was founded in 2019 by Nurse Practitioner Cameron Campbell and Marriage and Family Therapist Krista Zerby. Nurse Practitioner Campbell was looking for better access to behavioral health services for his primary care patients and Krista was looking to blaze a new trail in behavioral health in how behavioral health providers and clients were treated. They came together to form Precision Mental Health which provides both Psychiatry services and Psychotherapy services in person at Mercy Hospital and virtually.  

As the Covid-19 pandemic began, Precision Mental Health was there to provide individualized, caring behavioral health services virtually and in-person out of their Mercy Hospital office. The psychiatric side of our practice has grown to two wonderful Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners Kristin Kelly and Rachel Townsend, providing care for clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and more. Also treating clients with these conditions we have fifteen full-time psychotherapists available to provide therapy.   

In January of 2021 Nurse Practitioner Campbell founded Precision Primary Care after purchasing the medical practice of his mentor and friend Dr. Joel Meshualm. Nurse Practitioner Campbell trained under Dr. Meshulam for six years before taking over the well-renowned practice in 2021. After taking ownership, his goal was to design a practice built on taking the time to provide individualized, high-quality care for all patients. NP Campbell knew what was important to him–he wanted to spend more time listening to patients, teaching patients, and being accessible for patients and the only way to do this was to design his own practice. The practice has grown steadily over the first three years and NP Campbell has brought on NP Katie Ingram to help treat and care for patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions.

Together Precision Mental Health and Precision Primary Care have been able to provide patients treatment across the healthcare spectrum and in ways rarely seen outside this unique practice. Precision prides itself on cultivating a practice where a patient’s therapist, psychiatric provider, and primary care provider are able to quickly collaborate to ensure the highest quality of care.
